Scottie’s sister Kelly said it best in her maid of honor speech when she said, “You can’t help but smile when you’re around Scottie!”. It’s so true. Since the day I met her she’s been like a ball of sunshine every time we’ve interacted. Rick and Laura’s winter-y wonderland wedding was a dream come true. Candles galore amongst the beautiful pine and glitter details. Bridesmaids that could double for models and most importantly a bride and groom that danced like no one else in the room was watching! It was truly dreamy. This wedding took place New Years Eve, eve. I met Heather through her wonderful parents. Her parents, Mike & Mel are such an inspiration to me and many others. I met them on a missions trip to Guatemala in the Winter of 2015. What I loved most about Eric and Lindsay’s wedding day (besides the beautiful and breezy JULY weather) was how they incorporated family into their wedding ceremony. They chose a handful of married couples to stand up during the ceremony and give their best marriage advice. These couples spoke on faith, finance, joy and love. It was so beautiful. (more…)
