I met Chris and Hannah on a chilly October day in Philadelphia. I told them from the very beginning of their session to keep each other warm. We warmed up quick together as we walked around finding the best lighting and spots for pictures. We laughed and found some beautiful homes and scenery to admire. They certainly loved being around each other so much and fit so perfectly in one another’s arms. These two met in catholic high school and have the sweetest love story. They attended college together and now they’ll be tying the knot next year!
Hannah & Chris, thank you for choosing me to document your love. I feel so lucky to have met you two.
I packed my bags and trekked a few hours north for this Pennsylvania Grand Canyon engagement session. It was a beautiful Fall day, the drive was scenic and peaceful. When I arrived I learned that this location was one Dustyn and Morgan’s first little getaways together and it held lots of fond memories for the two of them. I just loved hearing all about why this mountain region was so dear to them. Once I started photographing the love birds I quickly realized that Dustyn makes Morgan smile like no other. She laughed every time he squeezed and kissed her. Their love was a true joy to photograph. Dusytin is such a gentleman and Morgan is the most sweet soul. I feel like their picture perfect outfits and Morgan’s gorgeous smile could be in a catalog of some sort. My heart leaped as I photographed the Fall foliage, vast landscapes in the background and their eager-ness to do whatever it takes to get the best shot! What a fun day!
To the future Mr. & Mrs. Ritchey, I hope this session added another great day of memories to a special location. Years from now, I hope you remember this day and smile over the hundreds of kisses I made you two give one another. What a great chapter in your story. See you on your wedding day next year!
This Drumore Estate wedding was so special to me and filled with so many familiar friends and faces. There were 6 past Erin Keough Photography brides at this wedding. Talk about feeling loved and welcomed. Lauren and Bobby have both been in weddings I’ve photographed and it was so sweet that they remembered me when their own big day arrived. I always thought “Lauren is going to make one beautiful bride someday”. Then her soulmate and best friend proposed. (more…)
Ryan and Lauren’s Moonstone Manor wedding was a fairy tale, book lover, garden dweller’s and fantasy lover’s dream come true! It had all of the elements of a wedding straight out of a fairy tale. Beautiful lush garden with lots of roses. Stunning historic mansion. A genuine love story with two young lovers. A little romantic rain followed by clear skies. A rolling stream in the background of the festivities. Fairy dust. A vast dessert display. Vintage books on books for everyone to swoon over. Need I say more? (more…)
