MEET ERIN

OWNER OF ERIN KEOUGH PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography has always been a passion of mine. My journey started as a child. I can remember using my mom’s Polaroid camera to take photographs of life happening around me. There’s something about showing people what I saw from my perspective, that helped me, when I didn’t have the right words to say. I carried that passion with me into college where I graduated from Antonelli Institute in 2007, and started my business soon thereafter. There was always something romantic and whimsical about weddings that drew me in. That’s why I wanted to start photographing them… the beautiful dresses, the details, the travel, the flowers.

But I realized as I grew my business and as a person, that it wasn’t JUST about the dresses, the details, the travel, or the flowers. I realized it was the reason why I started photographing as a child. I’m able to capture moments when there are no words. I could capture the raw and genuine emotions that real love brings. These moments are the kind where you’re starting a new chapter in your life. An engagement. A marriage. A family. Which now fuels my passion because marriage and family hold the utmost importance to me. I love love! I mean, I married my high school sweetheart, Derek, in 2012. We’ve recently given birth to our first son, Jonah. Which, I must say, he’s perfect. Even our Basset Hound loves his new human brother!

My goal is to create memories for you, genuine memories. I want to help you remember every step of your journey, regardless of what path you’re on. I want you to be able to look back and show your grandchildren the true happiness you felt on that special day. Let’s capture life’s journey together.
